Kimchi Mermaid Green

Just some pictures, not a full review because I ripped the lenses after taking these pictures
They were just as comfortable as the other lenses from the i.Fairy/Kimchi lines.
Bathroom light (ugh i look so washed out and in need of makeup ~___~)

i.Fairy Nova Grey/Violet

Now before I start this review, I had ordered the i.Fairy Violet from Geo-Lens House and they accidentally shipped me grey lenses instead. I had to make another order instead to get the proper grey lenses, but having both colors is fun as I wear one of each now.

Comfort: 10/10
Seriously guys, I think i.Fairy lenses are ultra comfy, even for extended wear.

Design: 9/10
I like dramatic lenses most of the time and these are rather natural looking lenses. The color is not very opaque and it blends well with my natural color.  The limbal ring is not super thick, but it is there. The design lends an icy appearance to my eyes. Overall, these make for pretty good everyday circle lenses.

The difference in the two colors, grey and violet is not very intense. Most people cannot tell I wear two different colors until they are very close or in very bright light.

Enlargement: 9/10
I don't think these are i.Fairy's most enlarging lenses, partly because of the natural and transparent nature of the design. They do make your irises appear larger, the only reason some of my coworkers notice that I wear circle lenes is because they say my eyes look larger.  I think I'm just spoiled on large lenes to be honest :)

Kimchi Maki Gold

Comfort: 10/10
Again, not to sound repetitive but these are incredibly comfortable. I even wear these lenses for pretty good athletic activity with no blurriness or discomfort.

Design: 10/10
These are pretty far from natural lenses in both design and color.  The gold color is a mix of orange and yellow on the lens with a black limbal ring.  The pattern on the lens is reminiscent of a marigold or a sunflower. I also think they look rather reptilian. Either way, this is not the pattern of a natural iris.  The design and color are extremely noticeable, even at a distance. I get so many comments from other people on how cool and freaky these lenses are.

Enlargement: 10/10
Part of the freaky factor from what people have commented on is how huge these lenses are. i.Fairy makes some large lenses that can lend to an alien eye appearance, though in this case the design is more alien than the size, at least in my opinion. The overall large size of the lens and the thick limbal ring do make this an enlarging lens.

Kimchi Kumo Blue

Comfort: 10/10
I cannot feel these in my eyes at all, no itchiness no dryness or anything. Perfectly comfortable! In general the i.Fairy lenses are comfortable for me.

Design: 9/10
The design is neat and the colors are opaque but the color is just a bit too dark for my liking. I enjoy lighter color lenses most of the time. If these were just a smidgen brighter I would be happy. The design is not very natural in appearance, it is a two tone lens with a thick limbal ring.  The main blue is speckled with black.  They do not blend seamlessly and have a large hole for the pupil.

Enlargement: 10/10
i.Fairy and this offshoot Kimchi are known for their large diameter lenses and these ones are indeed enlarging.  The bottle says they are 16mm lenses but that is likely just their effect.  The dark color of the lens as well as the dark limbal ring add to the enlarging effect.

A note on these lenses, although the lenses are comfortable, the left lens is defective in that it is a plano lens that was labeled as my prescription so I cannot wear these out because I would be blind in one eye basically.  Geo Lens House only exchanges if you buy another order from them and this is the 3rd order that they have goofed on for me.  One was the wrong color lens, the second time was the wrong lenses and then this defective lens.  I am back on the market to find other shops now :)

3.4.11

i.Fairy Cherry Gold

Comfort: 10/10
Just like the other i.Fairy lens I have, these are incredibly comfortable.

Design: 10/10
So yellow! The yellow blends really nice with my blue and creates this greenish color which is interesting.  The pattern is nice and bright.  They are really gold though! It depends on the light for how gold they are but I like!

Enlargement: 10/10
With a 16mm enlargement effect, you can bet this are enlarging.  The dark ring helps add to this effect.  They are noticeable, people who didn't notice the color difference noticed the size difference.

i.Fairy Dolly+ Grey

Comfort: 10/10
Just like my other i.Fairy lenses these are pretty comfy.  I think my eyes are tired from sleeping in contacts a few days ago (huge mistake), but they are a bit blurry.

Design: 10/10
I was half expecting something more vibrant and was worried because they wouldn't be as natural as the Super Angel lenses I was replacing.  They are very similar to the Angel lenses from a distance so I am happy.  The light grey is very nice too! Unlike the EOS Dolly Eye, this has a fade instead of a blunt pupil hole.

Enlargement: 10/10
Super enlarging.  They have an enlargement effect of 16mm i think.  I need these large lenses to have a noticeable enlargement on my irises.

Vendor: 10/10
As always, Geo-lens house is fantastic.  Quick shipping and great service.

It's That Time of Year!

I regretfully must throw out some of my old lenses, such as my Super Angel Grey, CK-105, Nudy Blue and a few others.

But!  I have 2 new pairs coming to me.  I cant wait for them to get here.  I am getting i.Fairy Cherry Gold and Dolly+ Grey from Geo-lens House on facebook. I previously purchased my i.Fairy Ruby Red lenses from them and it took 2 weeks approx.

i.Fairy Ruby Red Review

On to the review:
Comfort: 10/10
Can't feel them in my eyes at all.  Super Great.  :D

Color/Design: 9/10
OK I took off a point because I expected costume lens type vibrancy.  You can for sure tell these are red on my eyes though, even in normal light conditions.  In bright light like the flash, my natural eye color is a very stark difference and these would blend amazing on brown eyes, especially ones with warm undertones.  The design is great and opaque.  All in all just what I expected.

Enlargement: 9/10
Not freaky large, but no lens so far has been.  They enlarge a good deal but I think my Magnum Caviar lenses are bigger.  But I could be wrong.  I am really happy with the size for circle lenses.

Vendor:
Geo-Lens House on facebook.  These guys are amazing.  Good communication and they're friendly.  The shipment took from the 4th of June till the 16th of June.  Not bad for international.  Prices were fair, nothing way out there.  Paid about $25 USD for the lenses.   Recommend the seller?  Yep!

Couldn't help it...

I couldn't help but order two more pairs of lenses

The PINK flower lenses by EOS, prescription too at that, from Kiwi-berry1's Collection (she is an awesome seller by the way, check her page out.

Also ordered were the new i.Fairy lenses from geo-lens house in Ruby Red.
(pay-pal wouldn't let me pay apple of your eye for some reason, so I had to order from another place because apple had a deadline T__T)
